Babble without a cause

Well, welcome to floodland, North Carolina.

A few of my friends, some here like hotmaewest and perro suffered a flood. hotmaewest was lucky, living on the second floor...but perrowasn't so lucky. He lives on the ground floor, and luckily, only had a bit of water. Check his blog for more details. Charlotte has had more rain this year than they have had in the past two! It reminds me of the section in the Principia Discordia where it cautions people about prayer, as there are many examples of areas where there has been a drought, and people have feverently prayed for rain, and gotten their place wiped out in a flood...well, this is the bible belt, and I am sure that many had been praying for rain in the last part of last year...and...as predicted in the Principia, we have people beeing flooded out!

Please people, be careful with your prayers!

David Letterman

David Letterman cut his finger...deep. And live, on the Letterman Show, he had it cleaned, and stitched together...UGH BLOOD ON TV!!!!REAL BLOOD!!!!!ICK!!!!!

Well, not really...it was real blood, but that didn't bother me...it was the Doctor putting stitches in LIVE ON TV!!!!!

But it wasn't this that traumatized me...it was the billionth Hillary Clinton joke that I have had to suffer through since she released her book....UGH!

Give the lady a Rest!!!! I mean, I may not agree with everything she is for, but her 15 minutes of fame expired 2 years ago!
