It finally happened...The first Elvis Church is 1 year old!

Well, many SF writers predicted that a splinter of the Christian Church would form that would focus on Elvis, and it has! And it happened in Canada, not the Southern States of the US. According to a CBC article, "Christ the King, Graceland Independent Anglican Church of Canada." has just had it's first birthday...probably coinciding with Elvis's Birthday. Being Anglican, this church is poised to sweep Quebec, where Elvis Worship, coupled with it's deep roots in the Roman Catholic Church should provide a fertile ground for this Anglican splinter church.
