Unemployment...again!

Well, for a second time I went to unemployment, and was told to come back next week...but not Monday, or Tuesday...or Thursday. But I have a note they gave me that will backdate my claim to the beginning of this week. And I have to describe why I was let go. I am going to be saying that due to an (at the time) undiagnosed and untreated medical condition, I was let go. I am now able to work as the condition is being treated. This way, I don't have to go into the song and dance, and I can simply attach a note from my doctor stating that I had a medical condition that now is being treated.

I just saw a tire commercial, and doing the voice over was none other than our favour French C/a/n/a/d/i/a/n/ Starship Captian, Patrick Stewart. I was actually listening to the Troy special on the History Channel...well, to be honest, I am also waiting for the "History of Sex" that comes on next too...but I heard a voice I recognized....and I am very good at recognizing voices.

But one thing during the show that did strike me that I knew before, but had forgotten...in some myths, Rome is founded by refugees of Troy. As I am half Italian, and thus Roman, I have a direct connection to Troy, and hence to my matron Goddess, Eris. Now there is no disconnect for having a Greek Goddess as my main focus of worship. It all make much more sense.
