kallistiiIt seems that the shooter had a blog on Vampirefreaks.com...and for now, you can read his blog, and see photos of him. He had talked about what he was going to do...but I am sure that the people probably didn't believe he would do it. One user, caranya says: Can I go play with you?? I wanna go hunt down the preppies with you!!. This post was dated Sept 12th, 2006.
On the say day, Gill writes:

I really can't go on...this guy was obviously mentally ill, in a paranoid way. Why did he do it? I am hoping will come out through the investigation...I am sure though that he probably was a victim, dealing with something he couldn't understand or cope with. And today's society has no socially acceptable/easy to access outlets or outreach for people who can't cope. Like many things in today's society, we clean up afterwards, rather than prevent things from happening in the first place.
I have read his blog, and he goes on and on about the Postal (as in going postal) series of games, but CBC keeps on blathering about Super Columbine Massacre, which I have not seen in his blog. I haven't tracked through all the postings he might have made in his friend's list, so there might be a mention there.
I need to crash...I am tired, angry, frustrated, and sad.
Two too many people died yesterday, but he gave them no choice. His actions were as much a suicide as they were anything else. He was ill, as many people coping with today's society are ill, but what pushed him over the edge, we might never know. This reflects badly on our society, which is probably as guilty for his death as he was.
Of course, like Columbine, people are going to blame Goths, Guns, Americans, Vampires, but it may just be that our society was to blame.
