Good luck! I would agree that you have to process/integrate the shit you've had to go through before you can properly get on with your life. It's a process that I'm in the middle of myself, and don't expect to be through in any appreciable way for at least another 2 or three years (so be patient... heh). It's a long process, but without starting it, it's for life otherwise.
