Hey, I hear you on isolation... I've been feeling very much that way myself here in Ottawa, but I struggle with what I can possibly do about it given that my life is a flaming dumpster fire that seems to be occupied every waking second with some new crisis or demand (many self-inflicted, many not). It'd be great to hang out when you get back. As for NYC, I have vowed not to willingly set foot in the US while it is in the middle of a civil war.
