One of the ways regimes use to extend their control while continuing to give the appearance of being democratic is to find ways to postpone elections...giving good reasons, of course. Well, the Bush Regime is obviously concerned of loosing to Kerry-Edwards and has started to look for a legal way to postpone the election...under the guise of "homeland security".
