There is an interesting paper by a scientist named Dr. Steve Freeman at the University of Penn. on the accuracy of exit poll data. I am sure that some of you have heard about the fact that the information from the exit polls diverges widely from the results tabluated by the official electoral votes. Dr. Freeman doesn't go out to try and explain why their is a difference, simply to show that exit polls *are* very accurate, and that being relatively open data, is more trustworthy than the processes that are used by the "offical" election results. It certainly makes one think...
