Flu Epidemic in Cincinnati, Ohio?

One of the people I read and enjoy a great deal is syreene, and she posted today about an incident that makes me wonder about the control of the news media in Cincinnati, or if there is no concern about this there....Direct Link here:

"Okie doke...Monday afternoon I was called by my hubbie who said he wasn't feeling well and had to go home...I get home and find that he's got a 102.6 fever, shakes, coughing, etc. so we go to the emergency room to find 9 hours later that every hospital in downtown Cinci is overcrowded with flu sufferers and that all the beds are full and all the other hospitals were deverting their patients to the one we were waiting in."

But a search of the media via Google News aggregator shows almost no blips on the radar. I did find one story, here, at the Cinci Enquirer.

I just struck me as strange that something like this was not being reported on...I mean, when hospitals go on diversion mode, you know something big is happening.

The new Tori Amos CD

Well, it arrived, the new Tori Amos CD!!

I've been listening to a preview copy for a couple of weeks now, and I must say, I think it is best album to date!

After I move, I will post a more in-depth review...but remeber this thought:
