Well, one of my favourate bands has reformed, and played a killer show at NEARfest last week. I ran across some photos of the band's new incarnation...

Bike Trek!

Well, I just made my longest bike trek in a long time...it may not seem like much to others, but it is a huge leap for me!

I biked over to the South Keys mall, originally to buy ketchup, because they had it on sale at the Lowblows, and also bought some pizza pockets (generic). I returned, tired, but not on the verge of seeing spots or anything like that. Now I need to try and do that length every day or for a week or two, then try doubling it again. By the end of the summer, I hope to be able to bike to downtown Ottawa without too much problem...or better, if possible!
