Joy!

I just found out that Loreena McKennitt is releasing a new album! It is called An Ancient Muse, and is due out November 20/21, depending on what part of the world you live in. It was recorded at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios. In addition to this, PBS have filmed three concerts that she performed in September at The Alhambra theater, and will be broadcasting them sometime in the new year.

It is great to see her performing again, and recording music. I am looking forward to both the album an the TV special!
