Bell Sympatico takes it on the chin...

It seems that in a comparison among the 4 top internet service providers, Rogers, Bell, Shaw and Telus; and Bell was far and away the slowest of all three. In fact, they only delivered around 20% of the speed they sold. But just watch the segment, it's really amazing.
