Personal Update...

Morning: Got out to the CKCU Volunteer into session. Was good. I am now officially at CKCU volunteer! I also got to impress the head techie by solving a friend of his' problem with a Cell phone. The friend had a cell phone that kept on breaking, and it was costing him a small fortune to get it fixed, and he was considering just pay T/h/e/ E/v/i/l/ E/m/p/i/r/e/ Rogers just to break the contact so that he could get a phone that was more durable. I told him that as his phone was probably a GSM phone (it was), that all he had to do was buy another GSM phone, move his SIM card over, and keep his Rogers contract (ie, not pay to break the contract.). All in all, he should be able to pick up a decent second hand phone for under $50, and be good to go. I know too much about too many things {grin}
Afternoon:
Well, I finally got to the doctor, and got mixed news...although I count it as a good visit.
Bad News: Well, by blood pressure is 150/100, so I have to go back next week, and have it looked at again.
Good News: It looks like my hip problems are not arthritis, the hip x-rays were good, but it could possibly just a "Groin Injury". So, I start a around of of anti-inflammatories, and then some physio. I also have to talk about my shoulder as well when I go back. I was also given a new type of inhaler to try for my asthma, Symbicort...hopefully this will do a better job and the others, and not make my teeth so weak, they break when I next eat a Subway Spicy Italian on Parmesan-Oregano bread...like the other ones did.
So, I get to see the doctor again early next week.
