Argh! I missed it again! Towel Day 2006!
May 25th is Towel Day.
It was started as a tribute to Douglas Adams, author of the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, and other wonderfully silly books, radio plays, and TV shows. It is the 42nd day after his passing into the Great Teatime in the Sky.
I missed it, again.
Sometimes, I feel like a couch stuck in a stairwell. :-(

May 25th is also The Glorious Revolution of Ankh-Morpork. I wonder if Pratchett picked it to honour Adams?
