Wow, this stuff on the shoutcast (streaming mp3s) is good, earlier, they had som Saxaphone work that sounded like the guy from Martha and the Muffins. Hmmm, time to look up some M+M music...Danseparc....
Well, today I got my referal for seeing the sleep specialist, and doing the sleep study that will probably tell me I have sleep apnia. So, the first step on the road togetting a good night's sleep!

Glad to hear it. If you really do have sleep apnia (a rhetorical statement, as I have made my opinion known), then having it treated could change your life significanly for the better.
