This video consists of a recitation of an ancient and traditional witchsong or witch chant. It is recited here in it's original language: French.
This sabbatic witchsong or chant was discovered during the Early Modern Period in Guernsey. Nothing is known of it's precise origin in time.

The ritual dance which comes with this chant is said to be a simple circle-skipping around a consecrated center as all the witches of the coven hold hands. In the center of the circle is manifest le Dieu Cornu; or, the Horned God. It is unclear how long the singing and dancing endured, or how it began or how it ended, except that it went by a rhythm that ended in a climactic halt.
And finally, the lyrics of the song or chant:
"Har, Har, Hou, Hou, danse ici, danse là, joue ici, joue là!" (French)
"Har, Har, Hou, Hou, dance here, dance there, play here, play there!" (English translation)
The artwork appearing in this video is entitled "Le Sabbat des Sorcières" (The Witch's Sabbath) by Goya.
