I have gone through similar processes myself only to realize that pretty much everything I had was valuable only to me or to such a small number of others that there was no functional difference between teh two assessments. As you say though, there is only so much volume in one's living quarters and eventually stuff needs to be turfed. Best of luck in your efforts!
