Amusing/Confusing gcc Compiler warning message

I can parse it, and sort of understand it...but it verges on incomprehensibility!

But then again, a lot of stuff is.

Speaking of which, I am having network issues chez the pharm regarding my PC and my laptop. Especially the laptop - but that looks like it is a residual issue from it being set up on a domain initially and not being part of one now. Or something.

Interested in coming out for a birthday bonfire (I'm turning 34 or something) and some network hacking?

I would love to, but I seem to have injured my back during the move. I'm supposed to go for an x-ray early next week. As such, I am not going to be doing much of anything except reading while laying down in bed for the next few days poping pain killers. :-(

I do wish you joyful birthday, though! Wish I could come out, but as the old saying goes, the Mind is willing, but the Flesh is weak. Or was that the Mime is....

But in thinking about it, it is most likely that it is a case of the Windows Networking not being setup properly on yor laptop with the correct network name, and DHCP server. I could probably talk you through it over the phone. Pls let me know!

hmmm.. I am confused becasue I have nary a clue what a
type-punned pointer is! other than that is sounds sensible.
