Great Big Sea, again!
Sep. 24th, 2003 12:54 amWell, I saw Great Big Sea for the second time since I've been here in the States. Fantastic show! Warning - They have a new CD comming out soon...watch for it!!
Their opening act was Gael Warning, a trio that in some aspects is very similar to Rare Air...that is, they have a piper, percussionist, and a keyboard/guitarist. The piper also plays digereedu, flute and wind-synth controler. They only played about 6 songs, and they just getting warmed up when their set ended. I hope to see them in a fuller concert sometime soon! I bought their CD...and guess what? They have a new CD comming out too!
Well, I'm off to bead...the shoutcast station I have on is now playing KoRN, and it is oddly soothing...which is pretty weird, considering their music...must be that I am bouncing around from the show still, and really need to get to bed!
