Well, that's another Wellspring!
Jun. 1st, 2004 04:28 pmIt was a great event. Friday was nice, Saturday was really nice, so was Sunday. Monday, it rained...Friday night was cold, so was Saturday night...but Sunday Night was relatively warm. The cold nights and the rain are about the only thing that I can hold against Wellspring...otherwise it is probably one of the best ADF events year in, year out.
Lots of stuff was done on the Mother Grove. We discussed a lot of stuff, and got a lot of business done. As this was the only time we meet Face2Face, it was very well worth attending, and getting as many MG members there as possible. Lots of other discussions were great, but due to the new medicatoins, I crashed early every night. I am usually one of the people that drum until the wee hours....may be next year I will be able to do that again.
As always, the real high point was meeting people, both people I knew from before, from here on LJ, and new people.
Spiritually re-energised, I feel that I once again have a basis to build upon for healing mind and body. The main ritual really left me buzzed...but then again, I have a strong connection to Manannan. Definite Kudos to the various people who were involved with the ritual!
I must give special thanks to the people of Three Cranes Grove for their hospitality and allowing me to camp in their area. And once again a big congrats to Jenni on her newly minted clergy status! Only the announcement of the title was new, the real clergy status was already there, granted by the Gods.
