Sleep studies

Well, intellectually, I know that the tech last night was not trying to kill me, but that old reptilian brain that sits at the core of all of our noggins is still sure that someone tried to kill me...Maybe in a few days I will feel better...but for now, no-go.

I did have an appointment for Dec 1, but this one came up...I told them we could try again for Dec 1., but I have not heard back from them.
