Interesting analysis of the economics of publishing by a TOR editor

I just read an absolutely facinating look at the economics of publishing, and how important good estimating is to the success of a writers career. I highly recommend that people who are interested in a career in the book publishing business, either as a writer, or editor, and think long and hard about it.
