This is what is called "vector" graphics, and if you remember the old "Star Wars" arcade game with the line graphics, it was done with this technique. This particular one is just an audio file that you can play when you connect your sound card to your oscilloscope. If you go to the youtube webpage for this video, you can get more info on downloading the wave file to try playing back via your sound card if you have a 'scope laying around.
